The Edge Bander Model: SD700A also like our "SD" series is designed for edging either straight or profiled (Softforming) panel with hot melt glue by through feed system. Besides, it include moulding & Longitudinal cutting system make it can profile moulding and edge butt joint (soft + postforming) panels automatically in once time. Which are widely used for panel furniture like OA furniture , kitchen , bed room & living room fruniture and etc ..

The features as follows:

1. Heavy and rigid constructure to ensure necessary accuracy and stability.
2. To guarantee straight-line feed of the panel, a double row of rubber toothed rollers is off-centered onto top pressure beam and the bottom feed track with rubber calibrated pads is running on cylindrical guide.
3. Illustration profiles for SD -700A Using double gluing system. Apply gluing on panel edge (for straight edge) or edging (softforming) or both panel edge and edging ( recommend for banding solid lipping, thickness more than 12mm up to 25mm ).
4. The working unit with: a. Double profile moulding uni t 、 Edge trimming unit 、 Double gluing unit 、 Rotary side pressure unit 、 Longitudinal cutting shear 、 End cutting uni t 、 Tilting edge trimming uni t 、 Brushing unit.
